6. Subscription & Access Terms

Access to Summit REIntelligence™ requires an active paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your paid billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Your subscription is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
• Summit Capital Investors LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, calculation logic, and content within Summit REIntelligence™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Summit Capital Investors LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of this tool without written permission.

8. Third-Party Data (Bricked.ai Comps)

Property comparable data is sourced from Bricked.ai via API. Summit Capital Investors LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Comp values are estimates and should be verified through a licensed appraiser or real estate agent before use in any transaction.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

Summit Capital Investors LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
